The Ultimate List of Apps for Group Video Calls

The Ultimate List of Apps for Group Video Calls

I sometimes have to travel internationally because I cover events as a vlogger. Naturally, when traveling abroad for business, you end up having contacts in places far away from home. While you can conduct most of your business through email, sometimes it comes in handy to talk to the person face to face. I am preparing for a video call with more than one person. Do the apps I usually use for video calling also have options for video calling more than one person? And if they do, do the other people I want to call have that app? I got inspired to make a list of all the apps for group video calls I could find, so my business partners and I can find an app that we (can) all use.

I only list basic info, such as platforms, the maximum number of participants, and whether the app is paid or free, and one USP because frankly, many of them are the same in use.  I have gathered this ultimate list of apps for group video calls from articles by Abhijit Ahaskar, Freemake.com, Gaurav Bidasaria, and Ben Stegner.

List of apps for group video calls

I did expect to find many options for group video calls, but I did not expect to be overwhelmed with all the available features. Some of these apps are really innovative, making it much easier to talk to your business partners abroad.

In addition to being an event vlogger, I am a translator. I translate from Dutch into English and from English into Dutch. Most of my clients are businesses, and most of my translations are B2B. So, if you have any texts in preparation for your meeting or resulting from a video call meeting, I can help you make them available in more than one language. My e-mail address is info@budgetvertalingonline.nl. I would love to hear from you!
